I am a person centred psychotherapist working with all areas of personal growth and development.
I have many years of experience in Addiction Therapy having worked in the Rutland Addiction Treatment Centre and in Smarmore Castle Addiction Clinic.
It has been my experience in both my personal development and with my work that we all have a deep yearning for inner nourishment. Words sometimes fail to describe this inner stirring and hunger.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Supervision and available for clinical supervision for counsellors, therapists, health care workers, and any professionals dealing with work related matters.
Over the years working as a psychotherapist I have assisted people from all backgrounds in dealing with and overcoming mental health issues and life challenges. I endeavour to help people resolve their issues and increase their satisfaction with life. Central to my work is the process of reconnecting to intrinsic principles of contentment, happiness, joy and most importantly ‘self love’. For more about what my practice includes please see below.
Online sessions can be offered through Skype, Zoom and WhatsApp.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 - 20:00
“After many years of sufferering from depression as a result of sex abuse and alcoholism I spent a lot of time seeking help with countless therapists but to no avail.
When I met Trish 3 years ago I wasn’t very optimistic because of my past experiences but I have never looked back since.”
“Through her professionalism, kindness and empathy I can happily say I’m no longer suffering from depression and am alcohol free.
I’m still in touch with Trish and can pick up the phone whenever I feel I need a listening ear.”
“I couldn’t recommend Trish highly enough. Genuine, insightful, professional. And an excellent listener. In both guiding, and challenging me she has helped me learn a lot about myself, and in turn grow as a person.
She has been a massive part of my recovery. Her guided meditations, and inner child work have helped me to confront, and overcome life long fears. I trust her, and will be forever grateful for the positive effect she has had on my life.”
"I had the pleasure of working with Patricia many years ago, when I was in a particularly vulnerable time in my life. Patricia was an amazing therapist/counsellor to work with. So professional and empathetic.
Very easy to talk too and engaging. Her ability to tease through the important things that was holding me back, helped me to move on with many things that had been holding me back in my life."
"While working with her, I was able to tap into and deal with issues that I had never been able to open up about, from my childhood. Her unique abilities to work with meditations and visualisations are second to none. To this day, those workshops have stood with me and helped me through many difficulties.
I still use them as a resource. I would highly recommend anyone, to give themselves the opportunity, to work with Patricia in furthering their positive journey in life."
